Ratunkiem mo\u017ce okaza\u0107 si\u0119 systematyczna praktyka jogi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Joga potrafi wspaniale wyciszy\u0107 organizm, a dzi\u0119ki regularnej praktyce, nasz sen stanie si\u0119 g\u0142\u0119bszy i bardziej intensywny.
