A daily dose of optimism

Thought is a wave of energy that vibrates at a specific frequency. Positive thinking evokes positive emotions and affects the body, launching an avalanche of beneficial biochemical reactions.

The more opportunities we give ourselves to experience positive impressions, situations, people and emotions, the greater the impact we have on the world around us and on ourselves.
What is and how does positive thinking work?
It shapes the world and attracts good like a magnet. It is a way of thinking and reacting to yourself and the environment. From the point of view of the discoveries of quantum physics, the words we speak, the thoughts, desires, images and expectations that accompany us have the power to create reality.
It improves the body’s immunity. It reduces the level of hormones responsible for the formation of stress, which is a frequent source of disorders in the functioning of cells, tissues, and consequently – internal organs and the entire organism. It increases the body’s ability to regenerate itself and fight diseases.
It improves the work of the circulatory system.

The heart of people with a positive attitude to life works more efficiently, oxygenates and nourishes all organs, balances blood pressure and pulse.
It reduces the risk of developing hypertension and atherosclerosis.
It also reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Increases the comfort of life. We work more efficiently and effectively.
The level of concentration and creative thinking increases. Interpersonal relations, self-acceptance improve, motivation and willingness to act increase. The “happy” brain releases happiness hormones that increase the level of life energy and satisfaction. We gain distance from worries and troubles, and challenges and goals become more accessible and easier to achieve.

According to Barbara Fredrickson, the first winner of the prestigious Templeton Prize, one of the most distinguished psychologists of emotions and a leading figure in positive psychology, there must be three times as many good emotions as negative ones in order for us to constantly pursue and fulfill our dreams. So think positively!

What is “positive cosmetics”? Positive cosmetics is the introduction of positive thinking and its consequences to the world of beauty. It is a philosophy that shows how to be beautiful, thinking positively, how to take care of yourself, smiling, respecting yourself and listening to the voice of your own heart.
It is the knowledge of how to be well-groomed, using the strength and gifts of nature, how to be attractive, investing time in self-knowledge and internal development, and how to naturally and calmly accept the signs of passing time. Positive cosmetics is my response to disturbing tendencies that impose dubious patterns of beauty, and above all, the effect of cooperation and conversations with hundreds of women. Women long for harmony, for inner peace, for extracting the strength and wisdom that lies dormant in us. They rebel against the imposed patterns of eternally young and beautiful, for whom time has stopped. Just so much and so much.

Positive cosmetics is more than natural cosmetics or professional beauty treatments. It is the way we look at ourselves, the time we devote to ourselves, the type of thoughts and emotions that arise in our head – attitude to the world, willingness to act, energy for life and acceptance resulting from understanding happiness. It’s the way we touch our bodies, the way we apply cosmetics, we smell, we move. It is grace and charm that result from a healthy and well-groomed body. It is not without reason that cosmetology enters the salons of medical faculties of universities.

It’s hard to talk about beauty without maintaining health: a properly functioning body, strong, resistant and happy is the basis for all anti-aging therapies. Cosmetology guarantees beauty while maintaining health, which consists of a whole complex system of interdependencies between body – mind – soul.
